

Tomb Kings are driven by their caps, on armies, units, and heroes, and so how lords and factions interact with those caps will be significant in giving them scores. Since there is only one generic Tomb Kings lord type, that just means any old Tomb King in this case. Lords will get a rank from A-E with a C ranking being the score that would be given to the best available generic lord.
